SHIPPING

Sarvani Mandala ships wordwide. The shipping all across India is free above the order value of Rs.1000. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be charged on the basis of weight and volume of the product and the country where the product is to be shipped. International shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

RETURNS

We assure you that any product that you have purchased from us will be 100% genuine, and in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as it was delivered to you. The product is to be returned in the same packaging along with the tags.

The product can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, and the payment refunds are only applicable in case of damaged or defected product. We will only issue returns if you have made videos or clicked photos while opening the package or just after opening the package, in case there has been some damage during transit process.

Returns and replacements can be done free of cost in case the product has reached to you damaged or defected. However, Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases which come under legal scrutiny. The replacements are subject to stock availability.

Return intimation
You can either call us at +919773742622 or write us on sales@sarvanimandala.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

Cancellation
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. You can cancel by calling us on +919773742622 or writing to us on sales@sarvanimandala.com.

REFUND

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorisation of the refund. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques). Refund will be done through NEFT.
